Giveaway Guidelines and Disclaimer

Here are a few basic rules that must be followed in order for your Giveaway entry to be valid.

Due to the high numbers of entry for giveaways we will only notify the Winner/Winners by e-mail. Their names/names will be posted on Batcclothing Blog.

The Rules (unless otherwise specified in blog post)

1. Leaving a helpful comment relating to the product would be appreciated and valid to the giveaway.

2. Please leave a valid email address within the comment section.

3. Winners are selected via Random and notified by email. You have 48 hours to respond; if no response, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is chosen. Even after contacting us during the 48hrs, if we do not receive information for the giveaway within 24hrs, the prize will be forfeited.

4. At this time Giveaways are open to U.S resident only.

5. All Mandatory enters should be followed please.

6. Giveaways gifts will be shipped by USPS.

7. Failed delivery – I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.

• I hold the right to end a contest before its original deadline without any prior notice.
• I hold the right to disqualify any entry as I see fit.
• I hold the right to change an existing giveaway
